New services are being introduced to support trading and reduce risk. MemeStrategy, a Hong Kong-listed digital asset company, is partnering with fine art storage provider Crown Fine Arts to provide a dedicated museum-grade vault for trading cards in the city. While similar services exist in more mature markets such as the US, the company said this will be Asia’s first professional-grade trading card vault. The service will operate as a secure facility where collectors can deposit high-value cards, which are then authenticated, cataloged and digitally recorded. Each item is assigned a blockchain-based “digital twin,” allowing ownership to be transferred and managed remotely.
