HKSAR, China, 8 June, 2026 — MemeStrategy, Inc. ("MemeStrategy" or "the Company"; HKEX: 2440), an Asia publicly listed digital asset company, announced today that following the unprecedented success of the Hangzhou event in March this year, its renowned Asian trading card brand, Grade10, once again joined forces with Pokecolor, a top-tier trading card enterprise in China, to successfully host the upgraded "CARDJOY x Grade10" card event in Shanghai from June 6 to 7, 2026. This exhibition represented a comprehensive upgrade in venue scale, exhibitor mix, event programing, and interactive experience, attracting over 15,000 trading card enthusiasts from both China and overseas, marking a significant milestone for MemeStrategy in deepening its presence in the multi-billion-yuan trading card market in China and building an integrated, full-spectrum card ecosystem.

This year's card exhibition expanded significantly in scale, increasing fourfold from approximately 1,000 square meters at the Hangzhou event in March to more than 5,000 square meters. The show brought together over 200 card dealers, collectors, and industry professionals from China and international markets, representing an unprecedentedly strong lineup. Beyond scale, the exhibition also broadened its scope beyond the traditional Trading Card Game (TCG) segment, expanding into a wider range of collectible card categories. This shift reflects a more diversified positioning and supports the integrated development of the entire industry ecosystem.

Celebrating Card Culture: Community, Creativity and Connection at the Heart of the Show
The exhibition featured a broad range of on-site activities spanning multiple segments, including creator exchanges and player engagement sessions, highlighting the diversity and dynamism of collectible card culture.
Among the highlights was the debut of the "JOYCon" exhibition zone, centered on the theme of the joy of card collecting. The area presented a curated selection of collectors' treasured cards, introducing a new exhibition format that reinforces the culture of "Joy in Collecting, Connecting through Cards," while significantly enhancing attendees’ engagement.

Spanning a diverse range of collectible categories, including Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, and sports cards, one of the exhibition's standout highlights was a top-tier, highly collectible piece: the "2025 Topps Dynasty F1 Racing Glove Jumbo Patch Autograph Kimi Antonelli Signed Race-Used Patch Rookie Card (1/1)". As the only one-of-one ("1/1") card released in Topps' flagship Dynasty F1 series, the card features the autograph of rising Formula 1 star Kimi Antonelli and represents a milestone for the series as its first card to incorporate a race-used patch sourced from the driver's actual racing glove. The patch design includes a distinctive cut that echoes the dial motif of Mercedes team sponsor IWC, underscoring the product's attention to detail. At just 19 years old, Antonelli has already secured four consecutive race victories this season, becoming the youngest points leader in Formula 1 history and emerging as a leading contender for the current world championship. The rookie card previously sold at public auction for over USD 200,000, ranking as the seventh most expensive Formula 1 card ever sold and attracting significant attention from attendees throughout the exhibition.

The event also featured a large-scale " Free Trading Area," operating under a free, no-reservation, first-come, first-served model. The space provided enthusiasts with a dedicated venue for on-the-spot interaction and trading, fostering a vibrant and highly-participatory atmosphere.
The exhibition also featured in-person participation from a number of internationally recognized industry representatives and content creators. These included LuckyCardErik ("Gold Suit Man"), a prominent US-based Pokémon card streamer with over a million followers and over a hundred million views. Leading card illustrators were also invited to engage directly with attendees, including AKA KID, the first hand-drawn card artist in Hong Kong, China, to receive official certification from PSA and CGC, and VVVVV6V, a CGC-certified artist. In addition, several well-established domestic and international card grading institutions were present on-site, offering professional authentication and grading services. Their participation further strengthened the infrastructure supporting card trading and collecting ecosystem.

Hanru Tang, Founder of Pokecolor, China's leading trading card enterprise, and CARDJOY, the country's premier card show, commented: "Since our inception, Pokecolor has remained committed to building a comprehensive card ecosystem that seamlessly integrates collecting, trading, and community engagement across both online and offline channels. This year, we once again partnered with Grade10 to bring the successful experience of the Hangzhou event to Shanghai, delivering a comprehensive upgrade in event scale, content design, and participation engagement. Through this platform, we aim to attract a broader base of players and merchants, fostering deeper participation and driving the market toward greater professionalism and diversification."
Ray Chan, CEO of MemeStrategy and Grade10, commented: "China's collectible card market is currently undergoing a phase of rapid expansion, evolving from a single TCG-focused segment into a broader and more diversified collectibles landscape. This year's event was upgraded across product offerings, content design, and exhibition scale, successfully attracting a wider base of participants from around the world. This strong turnout underscores the growing influence and global appeal of the card market. Looking ahead, we will continue to deepen our collaboration with Pokecolor, with the aim of establishing 'CARDJOY x Grade10' as a signature card event with international reach, while promoting greater cross-border exchange within the global collectibles community."

Global Industry Convergence Underscores China's Rising Influence in the Collectible Card Market
The two-day exhibition drew strong attendance from card enthusiasts, reflecting the sector's growing appeal. Exhibitors represented a wide range of sub-segments, including TCG cards, sports cards, premium collectible cards, and related accessories, demonstrating increasingly diversified market demand. Several international creators and industry participants noted the Chinese market's substantial growth potential and highly engaged collector base, expressing their intention to continue monitoring developments and actively pursuing related opportunities going forward.
The complete success of this event underscores the continued rapid expansion of China's collectible card market. Fueled by rising demand for IP-driven culture and emotional value consumption among younger demographics, collectible cards have evolved from a niche hobby into a mainstream cultural segment. Ongoing market growth is also driving the coordinated development of adjacent sectors, including trading, grading, content creation, and related ancillary industries. This expanding ecosystem highlights the significant underlying potential of the Chinese trading card market, reinforcing its position as a crucial market of strategic importance for global dealers and collectors alike.
Looking ahead, MemeStrategy and Pokecolor will continue to deepen market penetration through the delivery of high-quality card exhibitions and complementary industry initiatives, aiming to further advance the Chinese card market toward greater internationalization and professionalization, while jointly fostering the development of a more dynamic and sustainable industry ecosystem.
