Leveraging EVIDENT’s digital market infrastructure, MemeStrategy has invested in a tokenised representation of the State Street USD Liquidity LVNAV Fund – Distributor Shares (ISIN: IE00BBT33L84), an institutional-grade MMF designed to preserve capital, maintain high liquidity and deliver returns aligned with U.S. dollar money market rates. Backed by U.S. money market instruments, the fund targets a yield of approximately 4% and focuses on maintaining a stable Net Asset Value (NAV) of USD 1.00 – a benchmark of stability it has consistently upheld, offering competitive returns, stability on treasury liquidity while maintaining capital preservation.

The tokenised structure provides MemeStrategy with continuous market access. Units can be traded or transferred 24/7, settle in hours rather than days, and are accessible globally through a single, compliant on-ramp. This enables the Company to manage its treasury liquidity with greater speed and flexibility compared to traditional fund channels.
