HKSAR, China, 16 July, 2026 — Grade10, a renowned Asian trading card brand today announced the official international expansion of its trading card business, operated through its renowned Asian collectible card brand Grade10, into the high-potential South Korean market. Grade10 has partnered with ZZZ, a brand under the internationally renowned art gallery Gana Art, and together with internationally acclaimed auction house Seoul Auction, will host a trading card exhibition and private sales event in Seoul in mid-July, marking a significant milestone in the Group's strategic expansion across the Asian trading card market.

Partnering with Seoul Auction to Establish Trading Cards as a Premier Collectible Asset Class

Grade10 is the trading card brand of MemeStrategy (HKEX:2440). This collaboration between Grade10, ZZZ, and Seoul Auction carries profound significance on multiple fronts: first, by presenting the trading card exhibition and private sales in the context of fine art it elevates collectible cards and underscores their standing as a legitimate fine art category; second, it marks Grade10's strategic expansion of its trading card ecosystem into the realm of high-end auctions; and third, it further cements trading cards as a premium collectible asset class with compelling investment value.

Founded in 1998, Seoul Auction is South Korea's first art auction house and the undisputed industry leader in terms of both market share and auction sales records. With offices in Pyeongchang-dong, Gangnam, and Busan, Seoul Auction serves a global clientele across categories spanning Korean modern and contemporary art, jewelry, and fine collectibles. It stands as the most authoritative and influential flagship auction platform in the Korean art market.

To partner with ZZZ and Seoul Auction, the most prestigious name in Korean art auctions, and present a trading card exhibition and private sales in the context of fine art is a moment of profound significance for us. This is not only Grade10's first move into South Korea, but a landmark moment in which trading cards formally take their place on the stage of high-end fine art as a premier collectible and investment asset. MemeStrategy will continue to deepen its presence across Asian markets and build a truly comprehensive trading card ecosystem."

Sierra Yun, Director of Marketing and Sales of ZZZ, said: "We have always been committed to bringing collectors the most forward-looking collecting experiences and to exploring new frontiers at the intersection of art and culture. The global collecting phenomenon surrounding trading cards in recent years has demonstrated their unique appeal as both art objects and investment assets. We are thrilled to partner with Grade10 and Seoul Auction to bring world-class Pokémon cards to Korean collectors through a premium exhibition and private sales format. We look forward to writing a new chapter for trading card collecting culture on Asia's high-end art stage."

Exhibition and Private Sales Highlights — A Curated Assembly of World-Class Rarities

The event brings together an exceptional selection of trading card treasures spanning over three decades of Pokémon TCG history, encompassing both museum-grade exhibition pieces and curated private sales offerings.

Exhibition Highlights:

  • 1996 Pokémon Japanese Base Set — Complete 102-Card PSA 10 Set (PSA Registry #1): Every card in this set has achieved the pinnacle PSA Gem Mint 10 grade. The set holds the leading position in both the "All-Time Finest" and "Current Finest" categories on the PSA Set Registry and has received consecutive PSA Set Award recognitions over multiple years. It represents the single most definitive museum-grade Pokémon TCG collection in existence.

  • The Ultimate Kanto Trinity — 1996 Japanese Base Set Venusaur, Charizard & Blastoise (PSA 10, Consecutive Certification Numbers): All three Generation I final-evolution holofoil cards have achieved PSA Gem Mint 10, with the extraordinarily rare distinction of consecutive certification numbers (48146620–48146622) — submitted together, graded flawless, and preserved as an unbroken sequential set. A true museum-grade centerpiece of institutional collecting status.

  • 2000 Pokémon Korean Base Set 1st Edition Sealed Booster Box: The inaugural Korean-language release of the Pokémon TCG, containing 36 unopened packs. With notably limited distribution in the Korean market at the time, sealed examples are exceptionally scarce and widely regarded by specialists as among the rarest language variants of the vintage era. The box holds the potential to yield any of 16 rare holofoil cards headlined by Charizard, has been authenticated via advanced imaging by X-Ray Authority, and comes with a Letter of Authenticity (LOA).

  • 1995/1997 Japanese Pokémon Topsun Sealed Booster Box: Predating the official Wizards of the Coast release, this is among the earliest licensed Pokémon card products ever produced, and originally distributed as a confectionery premium in Japan. A sealed example in original condition is extraordinarily rare, making it an irreplaceable historical artefact of Pokémon collecting culture.

  • 2021 Creatures Inc. 25th Anniversary Corporate History Deck — Factory-Sealed Wooden Presentation Box: Distributed exclusively to select Creatures Inc. employees and Pokémon TCG illustrators to commemorate the company's 25th anniversary, this set was never made available to the public. It stands as one of the most historically significant and elusive corporate collectibles in the modern Pokémon hobby.

  • 1999 TIME Magazine Pokémon Cover (CGC 9.4, Canadian Newsstand Edition — Only Two Copies on CGC Census): The historic issue marking Pokémon's first-ever appearance on the cover of TIME Magazine. The Canadian newsstand edition is documented in only two copies across the entire CGC census, making this a singular artefact at the intersection of pop culture history and elite-tier collectible rarity.

Private Sales Highlights:

  • Poncho Pikachu Cosplay Series — Six Consecutive Certification Numbers: Released exclusively through limited Pokémon Center promotional campaigns in Japan between 2015 and 2016, assembling all six cards with consecutive certification numbers is widely regarded as the ultimate holy grail of modern Pokémon collecting — a multi-year endeavor that few collectors have ever achieved.

  • 2016 Japanese Mario & Luigi Pikachu — Complete 4-Card PSA 10 Set with Consecutive Certification Numbers: A landmark crossover between two of Nintendo's most iconic franchises. All four cards carry the highest PSA 10 Gem Mint grade with consecutive certification numbers — a combination that is exceptionally rare to find intact in the market.

  • 2025 Chinese Exclusive Mew ex (#003/SV-P) — High-Grade Pair (PSA 10 + PSA 9): Distributed solely through the official Pokémon Card Member lottery in mainland China, never available through retail channels, and with a worldwide print run of just 1,510 copies. Eligibility alone required completing at least 15 sanctioned events across three or more venues, making each copy extraordinarily difficult to obtain. The full-art design, featuring Mew drifting through colorful flower bushes, is exclusive to the Simplified Chinese edition with no Japanese or English counterpart, further enhancing its collectible appeal.

  • 2005 Pikachu Gold Star, Mewtwo Gold Star & 2004 Torchic Gold Star 1st Edition (All PSA 10): All three cards were illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda, the artist who defined the Gold Star visual identity, and are distinguished by ultra-low print runs, shiny alternate coloration, and the iconic dynamic artwork of each character breaking through the inner card frame. All three have achieved PSA 10 Gem Mint — blue-chip trophies for any elite private collection.

South Korea's Trading Card Market: Significant Scale and Strong Growth Momentum

South Korea's trading card game (TCG) market has expanded rapidly in recent years, driven by the country's world-leading e-sports culture, the pervasive influence of anime, and its advanced digital infrastructure. According to Straits Research, the South Korean TCG market is projected to grow from USD 500 million in 2025 to USD 1.28 billion by 2033, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.5%*. Grand View Research further identifies trading cards as the fastest-growing segment within South Korea's broader collectibles market^. MemeStrategy's entry into South Korea is a direct response to this compelling growth trajectory and a key step in broadening its footprint across Asia.

Deepening the Trading Card Ecosystem — Continued Expansion Across Asia

MemeStrategy places the Internet of Things (IoT) as a key technological cornerstone of its business, continuously exploring how IoT can enhance the management and operational capabilities of its cultural collectibles business. Building on this foundation, the Company is actively strengthening its trading card ecosystem. MemeStrategy has previously announced the planned launch of "Grade10 Finance" in the fourth quarter of this year, Asia's first trading card financing service by a listed company, enabling collectors to leverage their high-value cards for liquidity without parting with their collections. This follows the Company's earlier launch of the world's first tokenised Pokémon trading card investment fund, representing another milestone in the Company's "collectibles × finance" innovation strategy.

Looking ahead, Grade10 will again partner with China's leading trading card platform POKECOLOR for the "CARDJOY × Grade10" card event in Guangzhou in September, the third joint event the two parties will have co-hosted in mainland China this year, and Grade10's fourth major card event of the year.

MemeStrategy will continue to leverage Grade10 to expand into new markets across Asia, deepen its trading card capabilities, and build the region's most comprehensive trading card ecosystem.
