Discussing Hong Kong’s position in the Web3 landscape, Ray argued for a holistic assessment beyond just regulation.

We can’t just single out the regulation pace; you also need to look at the addressable market, taxation, and the living standard. Hong Kong is among the top when you rank all these factors. You can easily reach Asia, the Chinese Mainland, and many other markets. I think these are the potential of Hong Kong.
